We look to provide Direct Lending solutions to high quality, growth businesses across the middle-market.
We currently focus on Iberia, the UK and Ireland, with plans to expand into other European jurisdictions in the near term. Our tailored solutions range from pure senior secured debt to hybrid instruments designed to participate in upside from growth, while maintaining the downside protection of senior debt.

Sustainable Asset Based Lending
We look to provide asset-based lending to businesses focused on sustainable strategies, particularly within the renewables, recycling and offshore decommissioning sectors.
Loans are secured over specific assets with tangible market value, providing downside protection and an attractive risk/reward proposition. At present, this strategy is focused on the UK and Ireland, where we have access to deep origination capacity and our target market is currently underserved.
Capital Solutions
Our Capital solutions capability targets complex scenarios within restructurings, refinancings, work outs and management buyouts across a broad range of industries and market niches.
Opportunities generally arise from shifting market dynamics or dislocations where businesses are facing challenges but are well positioned to rebound if given access to the appropriate ‘capital solution’.
Tenors range from tactical short-term structures to strategic long-term partnerships and asset classes vary from short tenor senior debt to subordinated debt and minority equity structures.
Real Asset Opportunities
Through our origination networks we have access to attractive real asset opportunities and look to partner with market specialists to create distinctive value propositions.
